What is NUTs Tickets, how does it work?

NUTs TICKETS is a completely independent secure ticketing system owned by The New Untouchables. A booking fee is charged per ticket however, this is only a nominal fee in comparison to other ticketing operators. The ‘Amount’ figure shown below, includes the booking fee cost.

Please also note, that in order to save you paying additional and unnecessary fees and in our attempt to reduce our carbon footprint, we do not send out physical tickets for any of our shows.

We send E-Tickets via email, they have a download link to a PDF which you can also Print out Mono A4, please store this email very safely as we use it to check you into the Venue.

If you do not already have Ticket login details, please Register when you check out. You will need to register your details with us in order to purchase tickets and for every ticket holder.

 

Please note for every account and email there can only be one registered Payment Card aligned and if you wish to use another or different Card then please use a different email address and a different version of your name (Steve and Stephen for example) so that you can create a new account that works properly.

What is you Standard Disclaimer?

Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless a performance is formally canceled. Programme and artist details are published in good faith; however, occasionally, for reasons beyond our direct control, changes may be necessary. All tickets will be offered subject to availability at the time of booking. First come first served unless they are part of a special NUTs Network Members Deal. Typical Ticket Issues?

1. I did not receive an e-ticket email when purchasing my tickets. How can I really tell if my order was processed?

On correctly completing your Ticket Purchase Transaction our system triggers an auto record and sends out your e-Ticket by email with a download link so please:

Step 1: Check your spam folder in your email (If this did not work, move to step 2)

Step 2: Contact us at customer service at this page!

I am trying to register my user account but the site says my email address is already in use?

Please click ”forgot password” and we will send you an email where you can reset your username and password or we can edit via our Admin area.

I forgot you print my ticket. Can you scan the ticket from my phone?

Yes we can scan your tickets from your phone but it is far quicker and better to have your PDF format A4 mono ticket pre-printed AND your e-Ticket available to view on your SmartPhone so that we can check you in quicker from our master Check List.

What if I don’t want to purchase presale tickets, can I purchase tickets at the door?

That varies from venue to venue. Please check to see if tickets are available at the door for each Club Night or Event. We are trying to make entry as easy, safe and quick as possible.

You may find it cheaper to buy in advance also. You are also sure to gain access with proof of a valid ticket.

I accidentally deleted my email receipt what do I do?

Do the billing names need to match the name on the ticket?

If someone has purchased a Ticket on your behalf, ideally you should arrive at point of entry with them so that we can check your ID and proof of purchase. You may be asked to wait so that the que is not held up. We may also have to request further photo ID. Our events are also 18 and above unless otherwise noted.

What forms of payment can I use to purchase tickets?

We use the superb STRIPE payment terminal for safe and secure purchases. This means we can take all major Credit and Debit Cards.

Can I get into the event without my printed ticket?

Our System emails you a unique ticket. You should print out the tickets at home/work and bring them with you AND show the email e-ticket from your phone also for cross checking. We will accept one or the other. If you have neither, we have the right to refuse entry.

I purchased the wrong tickets; what do I do?

We cannot offer refunds for this at this stage for circumstances out of our control. It is up to you to purchase the correct Ticket for the correct Event. You should never transfer or offer your ticket to anyone else without prior formal arrangement from the New Untouchables.
In extreme circumstances, we remain open minded and fair but abide by standard UK Law.

Is the Booking Fee always the same amount?

Not always, it depends on the Event and Venue. We try to keep them as low as possible.
